Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Veen Barbers LTD, 64 ELM ROW, EH7 4AQ, EDINBURGH AND VEEN BARBERS MUSSELBURGH LTD, 98 NORTH HIGH STREET, EH21 6AS, MUSSELBURGH.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us or to book appointments.

Service refers to the Application.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order 24 HOURS before your appointment time without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an appointment is 24 HOURS before your appointment in order for us to give you a full refund of your minimum deposit or the full amount you have paid for our services.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancelation. We will use the same means of payment as You used to pay for our services, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for you to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The appointment you have booked with us is being cancelled 24 hours before.

You cannot be given a refund if:

• If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours of your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any appointment that does not meet the above cancelation conditions in our sole discretion.
